Siobhán Rock, a teacher and also a fitness instructor at the University of Ottawa until she was diagnosed in September 2011 with ALS, on her way to CTV's "Amazing People Gala," at the new Convention Centre, Ottawa, Canada, October 27, 2012 ... one day after her birthday ... age 41. Sadly, Siobhán died very quickly on Sunday, January 12, 2014, at 4:30 am, in the arms of her husband, Tom.
